The complete OSB cluster is being upgraded and migrated. This will affect the following services:

• https://www.opensourcebrain.org
• https://v2.opensourcebrain.org (portal and all applications)
• http://nwbexplorer.opensourcebrain.org

The Google cloud cluster configuration for OSBv2 is currently being upgraded. Users may experience some instabilities in the micro-services while the new deployment stabilises.

This outage is now over and all OSBv2 systems should be functioning normally.
